My only real gripe is with brother's software for pc. The double sided printing is a bonus. It helps me save paper and contribute to a greener environment.

Cons

Reviewer bought this printer in july and had a paper jam issue in february. It always prints the colors way off. It isn't very reliable even if you have multiple computers you want to scan to.

The hardware is fine, but the software is an absolute joke. Waited on hold for an hour and a half and then was disconnected. Problem is not wifi, it's brother's software.

Big brother frowns upon use of toner that doesn’t have their name on it. There is some weird counter function that interacts with a chip on the toner cartridge that is super finicky.

Works great for us (using wireless printing).

Minor issue: sometimes get light infiltration when putting doc under scanner cover, which bleeds black on page printed.
