Have to clean brush heads, waste paper etc before every print job. Attempts to contact customer support fruitless. But for anything else esp printing this printer *.

Quality

Easy set up, good quality and the oldest one is going on 5 years old.

Luv the print quality and the large ink cartridge

This printer has worked flawlessly for over 3 years and we haven’t even cleaned the nozzles or readjusted a thing.

I tried several new hp all-in-ones as well as a crapson and a crap cannon and they were all sub-par performers.

Price

I can only be happy about this printer, especially at that price which i now see is much more than i paid.

I got tired of exorbitantly over-priced ink cartridges which only last a few weeks, so i finally got a tank model.

To top it all off, i somehow bought this for $179, which was cheaper than my other large format shopping choice.

Competitiveness

Amazed that it is faster than the $8k color laser printer at my work.

So much better than buying a new hp every year.

After comparing to printers from hp, canon, and epson, the brother came out on top.

Update: after 1 year, still 5 stars, especially compared to my previous hp printer.
