Overall the print and scan quality is good.

Technical service was actually able to immediately solve the one problem i had caused by using built in apple bonjour driver instead of the brother driver

It took less than 45 minutes to set up the brother and it printed an 8page booklet on 11 x 17 brochure on the first try

Definitely a well built printer but didn’t like that when i took out of box and set up the area where the ink cartridges go there was ink leaked in that area making the unit looked used
