Pros

Brother mfc-j995dw works flawlessly. Scan to network folder feature to my nas also works solid. Small footprint is a plus.

Cons

If i unplug it it still shows there is a jam, even though there is not one. Troubleshooting it through the brother website resulted in no resolution.

The print quality is fine but it has connectivity issues and lousy support. Using a thumb drive to print something out is worthless. Color quality not good, dull *, dull letters.

I wish it were better, and that i could believe reviewers. It's so antiquated. Do not choose this product- nothing but garbage.

When i remove the paper from the tray it spits the cardstock out then says i have no paper. It often (falsely) reports paper jam, and stops in the middle of a job.
