Pros

Plain jane easy-peasy printer. Much cheaper than hp inks. Cardstock printing is an absolute babysitting process.

The only thing it lacks is an ethernet port, but the wifi connection works great. I have a 2010-vintage macbook pro that still works great and its os is el capitan 10. Easily-to-insert ink cartridges are inexpensive and long-lasting.

This printer is a quantum leap above the printer it replaced. The new style ink reservoirs are the bomb. Old school big bulky printer.

Once you have the printer set up though, this printer is a gem. Ours is a family of 'geeks' so we know hw and sw setup. Easy to operate and install.

Bought this one a year ago - thinking that spending more might equal a better printer. Bought this all in one recently for msrp (look it up, don't pay more) the ink tank saves money!

Cons

This is not advertised as a refurbished unit. Paper jams when printing more than 5 pages at a time. Kept saying there was a paper jam when there wasn't one.

I can't imagine the sample ink cartridges that came with the computer would last anyone a year but i guess we will see.

Price

A small price to pay for a superb printer.

I bought for $159 but now the price is over double for some reason.
