Pros & Cons
Pros

This printer is a high quality desktop unit. Can print colour photos in all but professional photographer's quality. Has replaced my xerox.
Set up is simple and intuitive. The documentation is easy to follow and the whole machine is really well packaged.
New drum unit and toner cartridge set are easy to replace. No cheating lockout chips prevent using third party consumables or refilling.
Cons
No refund was issued. Messaged seller again and ignored. When they work, they are fine but they seem to have an increasing short shelf life.
Highlights
Quality
So far i'm highly delighted with this product.
It is a large and heavy printer but runs very quiet and fast- print quality is superb and consistent and far better than an inkjet.
Windows 10 did the instalation, so no need for cd, but it's included.
Price
This is my second brother printer, it is as good as one twice the price i use at the office.
Competitiveness
Printing is clear and i use 120gsm paper without problems.
It was a doddle to set up by downloading drivers from the internet.
Set up was a doddle and i am not it literate, followed pictures and it worked.
