Pros

After years of the * 1. Print, this one is crystal clear. It is a little smaller than my previous printer and quite nice looking. I'm confident it will hum right along for years.

My only complains with it is i have yet to figure out how to scan a two-sided document to a pdf that is duplex as well.

Cons

The lid is not connecting to the printer correctly. It requires regular reloading of the paper.

Brother printers have embarrassingly few prints per ink cartridge. False and persistence low ink messages.

Horrible printing. It never stops printing when it runs out of paper. This really handicaps me because i have ordered things christmas that require qsr codes which i find but cannot print.

It is very frustrating and disappointing. All the same.

It's an exercise in constant frustration/annoyance. Stopped working after 3 months.

Love all of the different functions and how i can print things

I have wanted a brother printer fax scanner for a very long time and have gotten one that is remarkable.

However, i have used it for less than one year and the quality of print has gone really bad.

Intermittent wi-fi issues, but mainly struggled with printer reading ink.

Competitiveness

It's just different from the printer to which i'd become used over the past seven or eight years, perhaps more.

We bought multiple types of ink, including brother brand and printer struggled to recognize ink.
