I got it installed by brother rep on the delivery date itself.
Packaging/appearance
There were two black ink bottles and one of each cmy ink bottle.
There were cables and product instruction manuals in the package.
The inks are included and also got an extra bottle of black ink.
Competitiveness
It prints even better than my hp 5075!
Also, extended warranties could be bought online from hp from their online store, i cannot find such a facility with brother.
The embedded web server (ews) has bare minimum options; the hp printer that i owned had much better ews.
The app has minimal functions; i like the hp smart app much better.
