Pros

The screen is easy to see and navigate. The touchscreen provides clarity. The software directs them to a place where you don't have to go searching on your computer for the image.

Ink consumption is much better than my former epson. It seems like it will run for a long time on one ink cartridge. Not dealing with tomor cartridges is great!

Cons

Printer is amazing - when it works. After i restart or shutdown my computer for the day, it's back to being offline. The process is very convoluted. It is very time consuming.

All-in-one and multifunction printers are junk. You have to manually flip the pages over on the flatbed.

So far, i am really impressed with the quality.

I'm impressed with the quality of print.

It may do great photo quality printing as well, i just haven't tried to do anything like that yet.

I can't seem to find a way to get a fax transmission confirmation sent to me, but that's really my only problem with the fax feature.

Worked right out of the box, easy to set up.
