Great multifunction product! This printer is noticeably faster than my old one. Works well so far with sporadic use.
Sturdy, well made machine, does what it's supposed to do. Solid compact looks. Was skeptical, but no issues.

There is some issue when doing bulk printing job printer start to over heat and a burning smells comes out of the printer backside i decided to unplug the printer and cool it down for an hour before i start printing again

However after almost 45000 pages my printer the mostly heavily used in the office broke and i could not fix it

That means i have to buy more expensive aftermarket toners with the chip 18 each and we now have to stock two different toners and drumsthis printers fax ringer is very loud even in its quietest setting
