Pros

The only downside is the lcd screen is nigh impossible to read. They appear to have fixed this in later models by giving it a color lcd, but i really don't need a color screen to tell me sleep mode. The scanning on it is great, just slower than i need... Read More

Laser 3-in-1 printer works very well. It seems to go along time between toner replacements. The cartridges last a long time and are inexpensive to replace.

Cons

Printer tells me wrong password when trying to connect. Wifi connectivity is an annoyance. If my computer goes to sleep, it forever loses the wifi connection.

Setup was easy, print quality is good even with discount/knock-off toner cartridges and jams are not a major issue.

Never had an issue with the printer it worked amazingly from out of box until it died.

After the excellent quality of this machine, i still cannot get over the smooth, professional over the phone support they provide.
