Pros

The needle threader is the best i've used. The bobbin winder is easy to use, as well. Great for beginners like myself!

Brother pe800 embroidery machine works perfectly. Stitch size is a good 7x5 which is a very reasonable design area recognized by virtually every digitized designer.

The machine itself is terrific. Lots of fun and compliments. I say it deserves a good rating on my end.

Cons

Just received my brothers pe 800 embroidery machine on friday. It's not working, the needle jams because there’s the bobbin casing. Would not go more than 500 stitches and the needle breaks. Hunk of heavy plastic junk.

Seller has no contact with the factory and can provide no solution other than to contact the factory - which does not respond. Product is not operational. After numerous calls for support i was told to take the machine to an authorized dealer.
