Pros

Oem ensures that all the printer features like being able to see ink levels. This is brother printer brand, unlike some sellers who show the picture of brother, but send you oem.

I have an hp inkjet that doesn't take good care of it's cartridges. The nozzles clog if i don't print an exercise sheet every week. I make a lot of money replacing print heads gummed up by cheap compatible ink.

Cons

This printer uses lc 3029dw black cartridges and lc3031bk does not fit in the printer. Ink is already at 50%. And, the printer has been lightly used. Return the ink and pay more to buy it locally.

Not printing black color at all with the full tank. I already have lines missed in the printing which makes it hard for my kids who are home schooled to read their printed papers. If i needed more than occasional, light printing, i'd have to toss this... Read More
