After reading reviews i purchased this lower tray by brother as it accommodates both letter and legal paper which most brand printer trays have issues with the legal paper sticking out of the tray in the front and doesn’t allow you to close it

Otherwise when one tray runs out of paper it will continue using the wrong size in the other tray

I would give this a five star rating however it does not allow reversed printing for check printing

It was physically impossible to install without at least two other persons bc my printer is so heavy and hard to lift up

Definitely need two people you have to lift the printer up to install

The instructions that came with it for windows setting was borderline useless and the reply from brother was an echo of what came in the instructions packet
