The brothers all-in-one printer has 2 full sized paper trays as well as a large multi-sheet multimedia feeder that functions like a third paper tray in the back. The scanner has a tiny loss of scannable area if you push the paper right up to the edge.... Read More

It prints very fast, the scanner is quick & quiet, it does duplex scanning as well as duplex printing. It prints 11x17 duplex seamlessly, and the print is great.

One thing you will never have to worry about is someone stealing it. The only thing i don’t like is that i cannot change which profile will be the default.

Cons

Brother ink is grossly overpriced for far less ink then you get from the bottles the other companies offer at a fraction of the price. There is at least 50% of the ink left the in cartridge but the printer can no longer detect it and refuses to print.... Read More

After 18 months of owning this door stop, i'm done. This is a high-end multipurpose business printer that doesn't do anything well. And the factory warranty only covers 2 years.

The print quality in text/graphics overall is average at best with highest setting. Photo's are blurry and if you use glossy paper there are about 10 track indentations running vertical in landscape orientation throughout the whole page. As you up the... Read More

The device is monstrous in size. It is not compatible with macos 11. Brother support is questionable at best.

Scanning is very average at best as well, a lot of artifacts and looked kinda meh. No twain option for photoshop 32-bit to get access to twain scanning. No photoshop app for 64-bit on win10 and win11 is wia, and that scan software is garbage, not user... Read More

Keep the heavy plastic bag it comes in for an ideal protective cover, not just just a random packaging bag.
