Pros
This is great to keep things organised. It's quite chunky but not heavy. Light, easy to swap cartridges etc.
It’s also better to get information on how to use from the website rather than from the shoddy ‘manual’ that came with it. A reasonably intuitive menu system.
Plastic /satin ribbon works well with the cheaper alternative tapes. Can print on plain and patterned tapes, iron-on labels and the like. I always get printed ribbons done professionally and have no control on the pricing etc.
Plenty of options for font and size. Over 60 bookend patterns that can preceed and succeed the printed text. Vertical printing is handy too.
Cons
Ao says it's rechargeable. No batteries. No charger. No adapter and no user manual.

Very easy to use, bought the ac adapter because batteries didn’t last long
The only problem i've had was when the batteries started to run down the print quality deteriorated - half words were missing.

Highly recommend, though shop about price wise.
Well worth the money for an excellent brand !

Regarding delivery - this is the second time our order has been delivered to the wrong address.

I really like the idea of being able to print on ribbon to personalise a gift or wrapping.

The main incentive was the cash back offer at xmas making it a very good price.
Spent a while trying to decide which brand and system of label printer i should get.

Slight bug bear is that i can see that the printed letters and symbols are likely to wear off the buttons very quickly
