It is the only printer that i have ever purchased that cannot register the fact that it is online. Does not print have to wait about a week before technical can fet back to us.

Admittedly when i started looking for a label printed that’s not the money i wanted to spend

Long story short i tried cheaper printers from china and no they didn’t work and i couldn’t read through the chinese instructions

The software is ok not the best but it does have lots of options and one can create labels in ms word etc and print them anyway if one does not like the brothers software

Its quite easy to connect and use but still there are occasional issues with connectivity especially when i connect to my windows computer via both wifi and usb it registers them as too different printers and sometimes the wifi connected printer needs to be readded

Just lift out the roll put the next one in and feed the end under the printer head
