Not acceptable. Not only can't they fix problems with their software, they waste a lot of our time while failing to perform any useful service.

Also, it's very easy to install and use, especially since the software is very user-friendly.
The only problem is the round printer paper has a hole in the middle but otherwise excellent label printer
A bit complicated to set up but it is now working well.

However, i left a note for the package to be left in our enclosed porch, but instead it was dropped over our high side gate.
Luckily it was packaged well, as trying to get replacement, if it was damaged, would have been difficult.
