Pros

Only quibble, is the rate at which they deplete. I do like that they send a prepaid label to recycle the empty ones.

Brother toner give their printers a big total cost of operation (tco) advantage over hp, mostly from their aggressive toner pricing. I find them simpler and more practical to deal with than inkjets; and less expensive in the long run.

Quality

Excellent mfc printer and the ink works great and last a long time

The toners work great, as they should since it is a brother oem product.

Don't bother, brother quality is top notch.

This is even worse when i am printing photos.

Wish the price for toners were less - but what are you going to do.

I shipped quickly, easy to install and is working perfectly for my work from home job.

As far as vendor i paid for next day shipping, didn't happen.

2 days later, i received the 4th cartridge.

I would have given 5 stars if the seller would have informed me that it was coming in 2 separate shipments.

Packaging/appearance

I had ordered these 4 cartridges and was disappointed when only 3 showed up in the box.

Opened the package, scanned the directions and replaced the old cartridges with no problem.

Thought the package was lost but it was misplaced and found.

A different off brand would not even be recognized by the printer.
