As a business who needed labels printed remotely via wifi network this printer has been the worst decision we made
Day on spent 3 hrs on phone with brother getting it connected on network and p touch installedweek later no network connectivity after one person started using their phone to printi spent another 2 hours on the phone with brother being told to delete and reinstall the p touch software which only led to catastrophic print failures on all our other devices
Total spent time is almost 6 hrs now and we are calling an it specialist so they can fix our network issues as a result of the installs and uninstalls repeatedly due to brother customer support
