Pros

The machine does multiple straight and zigzag types of stitches. Switching from stitch to stitch is a no brainer. The dial showing the different stitches and patterns is very helpful.

This is a decent machine, but it's not foolproof. The settings are simple and the dials (versus the computer panel on many newer machines) is easy enough to figure out and operate--just like the old machines i was taught on, though this is much lighte... Read More

Cons

It is hard to get the bobbin threaded just right. If it isn't exactly right (and it is hard to see if you have it right or wrong) the stitches are a mess. Trouble shooting guide - useless.

The foot is wobbly with the quarter inch measurement on the left side which can make it difficult with large projects.
