It seems to be made entirely of stainless steel so no evidence of rust after several washings. It cleans up very easy. Good material, cleans easily, shows no signs of rust even when left to soak in sink by accident.

This is the second one i've purchased here. Been searching for awhile. It's expensive, but it's worth the money. You can pick-up something like this at your local grocery or penny store.

The heft alone gives you a good idea of how sturdy it's going to be. I like that it is solid and doesn't flex with pressure. Only drawback that i can find is the rubber grips.

It is solid and sturdy but the grating surfaces are not sharp. It is very coarse, so it takes a big chunk of knuckle off. Too dull to grate veggies easily.
