Pros
This vibrating ball is very hard but has bumps that make it great for massage. The vibration has four treatment modes so the best vibration is used to help the most. Red and blue lights display the level of charge remaining in 20% increments.
With an ergonomic grip, it fits nicely into the palm of my hand. It is easy enough to use and fits well in my hand, not overly bulky or too small. It’s really easy to navigate and use.
I like that it's easy to recharge as well. This charges via a usb cable (included), and the charge lasts many days even with a lot of use.
Cons
The ball isn’t the best shape for massaging any part of your body. It only has one kind of vibration with different intensities. My get a massage gun instead of this vibrating ball.
