Update:the customer service got back to me very quickly and is sending a replacement cap.

I’m not sure if i received a knock off or what but this looks different than what i’ve seen in stores.
It was shiny and beautiful but had a scuff right out of the box.

I’llnever go with another brand/company because brumate is by far the most superior in quality and amazing colors!
