This is the 5th brumate item i've purchased after seeing people i follow on socials rave about them. The dark blue and black cup have the same heavier texture but then the green has a much thicker matte texture.
Comes with an insert that you can freezer to keep the 12oz cans cold and remove for 16oz cans. Works great with 16 oz and 12 oz cans as advertised. First can cooler that keeps my beer cold on the hot summer days.
Great product. Thank you for this input. Wish they had a regular can/slim can option.
Cons
The "arctic adapter" leaked and the gel that should keep it cold had made its way throughout the packaging bag. The seal of the lid is also loose fitting and barely sits below the threads for the can lock lid. It's also not leak proof.
It wiggles back and forth and not snug like my cousins. I have to hold it in place by squeezing the sides of the brumate.

But it’s kind of a bummer that the da color pretty much looks like a muddled mess where the blue overwhelms the pink and is cloudy looking so much so that i took it out of the trash to show you it’s ugly you may be able to see it in the picture

One thing i’ve realized due to having 2 of these amazon “2nd chance” sale cups the da and the dark blue matte is that one style has a smooth finish which seems to scratch easily and the matte finish ones seem to handle use better

Both have scratches the da has a 2” one right down to the metal and the dark blue has 2 slight scratches and a scuff near the bottom

Also another big bummer is that the matte cups don’t all have the same texture

The orange matte one has a smooth slightly matte texture but it’s not as smooth as the neon pink camo and the purple and green cup

Anyway we are careful with and only hand wash our cups so if your family is really active and hard on things wear and tear i’d stay away from the smooth finish style
