Easy to clean, no difficult crevices to worry about germs.

Light weight and fits well in my hand.

My coffee stays hot all day and this cup doesn't spill, at all!

The lid is hard to get off at first but once i figured how to unscrew it (read directions) - easy.

Packaging/appearance

Lol the color i chose (lilac dusk) is super pretty and quite aesthetic (for all you gen z's who find that aspect important).

Unfortunately it came dented, but the mug itself is great.
