Pros
This mug is outstanding! The handle is thick and heavy duty. It is a tad heavier than some other brands but the leak proof is what makes the product. This is the only brand i'll be buying from now on.
The lid is very secure and my drink is super cold. It really keeps your drink cool for a long time, specially if you put some ice.
Lid closes with a 1/8 twist instead of * on. Lock at the top helps to prevent spilling for clumsy people like me. Spill proof when sealed.
Blue agave mug is perfect for flavored water. The handle is comfy and the mouth opening is a great size.
Great cup for my husband who likes to leave things rotting in places for days before returning them to the kitchen.

I would say for the price, it should be easier to open
They are expensive, but they do keep your coffee hot/warm for a while and best of all there is no spillage.

The shipping from amazon was super fast, i ordered it yesterday and it got here the next morning.
I was kind of blown away by the prompt response and great customer service.

This new muv style also lives up to its claims however they have a much better lid on them than previous styles in my opinion with one con the lids are somewhat difficult to attach and remove if you have arthritis in the hands

The notches need to be lined up perfectly to go on and then it will go on easily and pull off easily

You can turn it completely upside down and nothing comes out

The 8 position is not needed though makes it extremely difficult to remove the lid

I think 4 positions would be more than enough which would give enough room to remove the lid much easier
