Pros

The colors are great and the glass is very sturdy. It is very pretty and easy to hold and transport. That's pretty amazing given how we know luggage is handled.

This is my second of this brand, they're pricey but these replace some glass tumblers that broke. Have had the shaker bottle and needed a part replaced once and it was done so after contacting customer service via email.

Locking mechanism keeps the spout from popping open and the screw on top is added security. Love the spill proof lid. The lid is super leak proof and the fact that it has a magnet that holds it open is super practical.

Cons

Not the dark merlot color as shown in photo. The paint is very faded, not very shiny.

I’m really happy with the colors and how sturdy they are (already dropped one and no leads or dents).

Very good quality, great colors, leak proof, fantastic lid, keeps things hot or cold very well, etc.

This wine tumbler has tipped all the way over and then rolled multiple times before falling off the couch.

As long as the lid is properly closed, it does not leak!

Shipping

They shipped a new one out and i felt compelled to buy another just for sake of leaving this review.

Product did not arrive in it's typical around cylindrical cardboard container and i emailed customer service.

I thought initially they’d shipped the wrong one.

Photos were requested and sent, and they shipped out a new one on the way.

Packaging/appearance

This tumbler is beautiful, the packaging is also amazing and protects it really well.

It is very pretty and easy to hold and transport.

Ordered glittered aqua, but got plain pink.

The result of the customization was ok, and bottle arrived in some thin, oversized black bubble wrap lined bag.

Competitiveness

I’ve had other brands i bought that have leaked and lids start popping off after using and washing a few times.
