Pros

The tumbler is awesome. The only issue is that when you actually put your lips to it, it is not very comfortable. That's pretty amazing given how we know luggage is handled!

This insulated wine cup is leakproof. The locking mechanism keeps the spout from popping open.

Cons

Lid is too large to fit comfortably in your hand. Lid buts up uncomfortably against your nose. If you want a comfortable sip through lid, this is probably not your ideal tumbler. It was advertised as an xl cup 16oz capacity and 5” tall.

Should've stuck with yeti. Not the dark merlot color as shown in photo. The new lid design is extremely challenging to pry open.

I’m really happy with the colors and how sturdy they are (already dropped one and no leads or dents).

Very good quality, great colors, leak proof, fantastic lid, keeps things hot or cold very well, etc.

This wine tumbler has tipped all the way over and then rolled multiple times before falling off the couch.

As long as the lid is properly closed, it does not leak!

Shipping

They shipped a new one out and i felt compelled to buy another just for sake of leaving this review.

Product did not arrive in it's typical around cylindrical cardboard container and i emailed customer service.

I thought initially they’d shipped the wrong one.

Photos were requested and sent, and they shipped out a new one on the way.

Packaging/appearance

This tumbler is beautiful, the packaging is also amazing and protects it really well.

It is very pretty and easy to hold and transport.

Ordered glittered aqua, but got plain pink.

The result of the customization was ok, and bottle arrived in some thin, oversized black bubble wrap lined bag.

Competitiveness

I’ve had other brands i bought that have leaked and lids start popping off after using and washing a few times.
