Pros
The flexibility of the brush hero goes a long way beyond what they advertise. It does what it was advertised to do. It really does an amazing job for me.
The brush hero is really great for sticking into nooks and crannies on deck. It's a shoulder saver, since i don't have to scrub as much. This thing dominates brake dust and does a great job cleaning even the most intricate wheels.
It makes cleaning wheels much easier. Just keep a bucket of soapy water nearby to replenish the soap. I used to have to use a toothbrush to scrub real hard to get my wheels to shine.
Cons
Head pops off a lot. Maybe it's a bad batch that had broken core pins in the mold or something. Does not turn, just like other reports saying the same.

I'm glad i bought the pro model with the shut-off control lever.
You do have to be patient and not be concerned with the wasted water.

When the water is running it actually runs a mechanism that spins the brush while dispensing water below where the brush is spinning

One marina i worked at had 91 psi of water pressure at the tap and my brush hero never locked up
