Pros

The wifi/bluetooth connectivity functions extremely well. Best of all is the functionality of this keyboard. The only downfall is that there is no cover for my ipad 7th gen yet.

Cons

Customer support so atrocious as to be non-existent. Their live chat likewise is not being answered, with any inquiries sent directly to an email address. I looke for instructions to fix the problem but it was useless.
