Absolutely none of those issues have occurred with the brydge.
Price
This one does and is worth the price.
You will not be sorry for the cost.
Packaging/appearance
Great product and the packaging is top notch!
My only complaint is that the attachments aren’t quite firm enough so that the ipad can slip out of the hinges.
Since it is not, i have to remove the brydge keyboard from the ipad when i want to use it in a non-laptop mode.

I have had a brydge for my ipad pro 12” for 2 years and love it!
I've been buying brydge keyboards for my ipads ever since i discovered them.
I sent it back and bought another brydge.
Edited: after brydge tech support got back to me.

Minor complaints the ipad shifts in the clamps a little and the keyboard is very close to the lower edge of the ipad screen so its not so easy to tap on stuff near the bottom of the screen
