Pros
The keyboard is backlit and features a trackpad, which works nicely. The trackpad is so much simpler for highlighting blocks of text that using the touchscreen itself. The backlit keys are a great addition for travel and everyday use!
This keyboard/case combo is great! I love that the case is otterbox, the set up of the keyboard is super easy as well and works great! This is a very nice case (otter makes it) the outerbox case protects very well. Case is screen protector friendly.
The ipad is easy to attach after a brief adjustment period. It's easy to carry around. It attaches easily.
The keyboard is pleasantly better than i expected. Thus far has worked seamlessly.
Cons
Otter case is nice, but materials are not soft so it feels a bit cheap. The result is uncomfortable use and frustration. The apple pen holder is * weird fabric.
Metal pin attaching hinge to keyboard is hex shaped and does not rotate easily, plastic hinge toggles around it at times. After several attempts to reset and re connect it was relegated to the top of the wardrobe.

The apple pencil holder isn’t amazing but it’s not enough of a problem to complain about vs the quality of case and keyboard.
Packaging/appearance
Very easy to remove the outerbox case protects very well.
The keyboard makes any typing task easier than tapping on the screen.
Packaging doesn’t mention fitting 9th gen 10.
I was a little surprised to see several reviewers mention that the brydge case is made from flimsy plastic.
Competitiveness
Brydge, which has some solid competitors, nevertheless makes some of the best keyboard cases for ipad.
Great deal on a brydge ipad 10.

The instructions included only told me how to receive the latest firmware which i could not do until i paired the keyboard

Also future purchasers be advised that the keyboard for the basic ipad does not have a battery indicator but you can check the battery status for your keyboard by adding it to the ipad’s battery widget
