My the drops. Easy to use, don't have an aftertaste, suppress my appetite. Being on strict diet makes it so much easier.
After the first 2-3 days, it's easy. It's perfectly simple, and works. If you are on the fence about trying them go for it, i am so glad i finally did!
It’s not a pound a day but who the bleep cares! Between 6-8p dice chicken breast. Subbed chicken for shrimp.
Cons
The taste is terrible and is foamy and fizzy when placed under the tongue. Similar, sweeter taste but not controlling hunger. During covid sour and spoiled products are being shipped after several poor customer service issues.

Also there will be a period in the beginning while you are detoxing without the sugar intake you may end up with headachesi think this was another issues for people
