Pros
It is just as pictured. Just as shown and described. It is somewhat sheer, but it looks good over a swimsuit. Although this cover up isn’t black ( as others have claimed), it is a very pretty dark blue.
Some of my tops fit me like a big dipping spoon at middle of my waist in back. Shoulder to shoulder neckline. Waist is 49 inches. Bust is 43 inches.
Cons
I wanted it to be flowy, however it's super wide. The blue outline ribbon unfortunately in no way matches the embroidery on the front. Looks nothing like the pic on advertised on amazon.

I bought this to wear while recovering from a surgery and it was the perfect item until i washed it

It shrunk an entire dress size so whereas before it was loose and flown now it’s tight

This is a very long coverup so if youre under 5534 you will need to use the sash that it comes with to shorten it by blousing it around the waist

Personally i dont think it would be a great swimsuit coverup as the chiffon would stick to the wet suit
