Over time as it got more and more use ive noticed that it doesnt hold ice quite as long as it used to

The only real complaint that i can think of is if youre not paying too much attention you may twist the cap on incorrectly and thats where the leaking comes in

There were several times on my way to work that i noticed the bottom of my bag was soaked with water and it was because it wasnt screwed on properly

Primarily user error here but because the entire cap and drinking spout is black its easy to misjudge whether its on correctly
