My situation is that there are 2 to 3 dogs in a fenced in backyard next door there is only one dog who is guilty of barking a shelty or collie type his partner in crime usually has a look like it is annoyed with the barking as well and disassociates itself with the other dog

Several of the neighbors and myself have tried to be civil and ask nicely to bring the dogs in at night but they dont care and are quite rude about it they can be in their yard and see the dogs barking and do nothing

The neighbor across the street stopped me in my front yard and had asked if the neighbors had gotten rid of their dogs because they had noticed that they hadnt heard them barking which in turn would set their dog off
