Pros
If you have solid wire and the gauge is large enough it should work as is. The orange device you see in the picture is an old bluetooth speaker that requires 12v 3a and it charged it just fine. Purchased to use with a small (20ah) lifepo4 battery.
Cons
Heatsink is poorly installed with only screws and no thermal paste or tape. This product without instructions is completely useless.

Used in conjunction with a dc power source and the appropriate settings, cc/cv mode makes a capable charger for the lifepo4 battery.
Stranded wire that is not soldered is always hit or miss with screw terminals.

That said, great value for $16 each, really can't complain given i got more features than an old benchtop power supply for the price.

Look for 34mpre34 memory preset setting next to it toggle it from off to on position and it will always turn on

Surprised by the number of features that this little buckboost converter has including things like input voltage readout plotting voltage and current history and a number of adjustable limits including a stop timer
