Very disappointed to find out the dimensions shown on the web site are wrong and they don't fit my lounge chair. They are not 76.

Has ties at all four legs and also a strap that goes under the seat however i found this one to not lock into place properly

I can not speak to water resistance or durability

There are numerous ties at the bottom however we have not found a need to tie them around the chair legs
