Quality is good. The fabric has a flowy feeling to it.
Bought this for a bride of frankenstein costume for a 5'6 120lb woman. Ended up being perfect for part of my low-cost leia costume. Bought to use for a princess buttercup cosplay. This is ju st what i wanted for my halloween costume.
This is a beautiful beautiful dress one feels so innocent and free as a bird. The red color is beautiful.

The inner slip goes to the knee and the sheer outer part goes right about my ankles and im 5’6”

One of the fit issues i had is that the sleeves were a little too short which may be because of the way the dress fit across my shoulders
