Referring to their sizing instructions does help. The fit is just as expected. I usually wear a medium but got this set in a large for optimal comfort. It fits well and is not too tight.
Wear the shirt with jeans, the pants with a sweatshirt etc.

Although either item alone could probably be worn as regular clothing the shirt is basically a long sleeve tshirt and could be worn with jeans and the pants could probably be mistaken for yoga pants if someone isnt looking too closely or maybe im just telling myself that so i can wear them during the day
