Pros
Getting out of the car or walking anywhere around the house or barn would reward us with dozens of mosquitoes surrounding--and biting--us. I only wish they had one to catch spiders and house flies lol.
This thing is great on the patio to nab the lil critters. The glowing blue light is a super attractant for the mosquitos. The tight bars around the light tubes are electrified and zap the bugs.
Cons
It's relatively quiet, until it zaps an insect, and then a noticeable zzzst. The duration of the sound is determined by the insect's size on whether, or not it gets stuck in between the metal fencing near the bulb.

Quality
We are very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend them.
At any rate, i am very pleased with the bug zapper.
It attracts them with the light and flavor and then catch them in and kill them.
Packaging/appearance
It zapped the hell out of the bugs i had flying around.
Competitiveness
Oh and do your best to keep it at a distance.

And we did put it out in the yard in between the house and barn like it said to so that we wouldnt attract them straight to us

We live a stones throw from a major river and the insects were so bad that we couldnt be outside for long before they homed in on us and chased us indoors
