Pros & Cons
Pros
Great quality product and mixes perfectly in shakes. It mixes much better than i expected, but i do have a very good shaker.
It has a great flavour and is easily digestible. Next to no sugar, high in fibre and complex carbohydrates. It makes a fine porridge i believe is called gruel.
Cons
Tastes bland. Wanted the large flakes. The oats are considerably less fine, and incredibly gritty. Ultra fine is definitely misleading.
Highlights
Quality
Good quality product would recommend and use again
Bought to bulk up nutrition, i use 100g oats + 20g protein, works out as 360kcal and 30g protein.
These aren’t as fine as the myprotein ultra fine oats.
Competitiveness
Add this to a protien shaker along with a scoop of protien and achieve around 500kcals per shake, clean.
5kgs fits perfectly into the largest of tesco's pour and store containers!
I use a sugar free protien powder (protein mania).
For best results blend in a nutribullet with protein powder.
