I read up on this product and decided to give it a go ,ok so im 41 i go gym 4 -5 times a week and i lift ,i took it and after 10 days first thing i notice an extra couple of reps on the bench press and same with the squats ,then notice an increase in libido, early morning rising was back every morning know if your under 40 that wont mean much to you but if your over 40 that's a welcome return, i would recommend this product but only if you are over 35(under that age i wouldn't bother), i think this product works well it does for me, i will be buying it again and again  Read Less
