You must leave this to be set at least 30mins, best results 60mins.

I use it first thing in the morning mixed in with milk, yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries using a nutribullet.

You need slightly more than 200ml to dissolve it all.

Great product and very competitively priced, if not the best, that i researched.

Even though the description says it doesnt come with a scoop it actually does or at least it did for me
