Difficult to mix it will create a lot of foam unpleasant

Minus the diffilcuty mixing the whey product is good cant tell the results my body experienced as of yet

I mix it with a scoop of cnp pro peptide which gives me 45g if pure protein with this added it mixes fantastic and tastes good also
