Unfortunately this is way to sweet for my tastes so the only way i can eat it is mixed in very weakly with yogurt love this stuff especially the chocso easy to make and after about 20 mins in fridge its ready to scoff

Best to purchase one of the bull powders shakers with a metal ball to put inside to help shake it properly
