This stuff does the trick and is much cheaper than hydro tabs

It does keep me hydrated however it tastes a bit like salt so you might have to put a bit of squash or flavour in to make it taste nice if it does bother you a little bit

The recommended serving size is small for a reason and i’d advise sticking to it or even starting with a bit less to see how your body responds
