Value for money - bought for keto baking
Packaging/appearance
Solid packaging which is always a concern as getting this stuff wet or any kind of damp is a complete disaster.

I bought this because i heard it could be used as a thickener they didnt lie although for this id recommend using an electric mixer and make what youre mixing it with as close to boiling hot as possible to get the best thickness and no lumps it really does thicken although the consistencytexture is a bit phlegmlike

For me i prefer that actual husk rather than the powder as i use it on baking as well as for health so i find the husk more effective
