They tell us to dilute it in 200ml of water, please do yourself a favour and put way more water than that because this tastes strong.
It’s my first day taking this so honestly don’t know how many stars to give, but the taste itself definitely takes one staar away.

Great value, and even though the taste is something to behold i do highly recommend it!
About 10£ for 500g might be the cheapest arginine money can buy, however the taste is awful.
Cheap and goes a long way whats not to like ;-)
Packaging/appearance
Don't usually get cookies and cream flavour but got this as was on offer and tatses nice, a bit like neopolitan ice cream!

It might be that it’s just what arginine tastes like hence why it’s most commonly sold in capsule form
